- Delivery is usually within 1-3 working days between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. We unfortunately are unable to guarantee delivery services, as we rely on a third party (our carrier), however, over 98.5% of deliveries are achieved on time.
- Special arrangement can be made for larger orders. Saturday delivery possible for extra charges.
- Your order will be by sent by courier if less than 20 units. For larger orders delivery carried out by furniture logistics specialist.
- We can't deliver to PO Box addresses.
- We can distribute outside the U.K. (We can distribute to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or the Isle of Man for additional charges. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details.)
- All goods are covered by a 12 month return to base warranty. Unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
- Please count and examine all packages at time of delivery. If there is a shortage, please note how many cartons are short on the delivery receipt. If the cartons are damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt. In the unlikely event of your goods being delivered faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the date of delivery in order for us to arrange a replacement. Warranties issued by the manufacturer and ourselves concerning faulty or damaged goods do not in any way exclude the statutory rights of the customer under the Sale of Goods Act. We reserve the right to make a carriage charge plus a 20% handling charge, or a minimum of £10 whichever is greater, on all consignments that are refused or when the customer has not made adequate provisions for the delivery.
